New sprinkler systems
Sprinkler system installation in Utah County
New sprinkler systems for new builds, yard renovations and yards that never had one. We lay out the zones for even coverage, install the valves, heads and drip, and set up a smart controller. And since we repair sprinklers every day, we build them to be easy to work on later.

What's included
What goes into a new system
Zone layout
Lawn, beds and trees on separate zones, with heads spaced so every part of the lawn gets water.
Valves & manifold
Valves grouped in boxes you can get to, so future repairs are quick.
Heads & rotors
Sprays for small areas and rotors for big lawns, matched so each zone waters evenly.
Drip for beds & trees
Water goes to the roots of your plants instead of onto rock and mulch.
Smart controller
Waters based on the weather, so you're not running sprinklers in the rain.
Ready for secondary water
A filter where it's needed, since unfiltered secondary water carries sand that clogs nozzles and valves.
Done in the right order
Sprinklers go in before the sod
On a new yard, the grade gets set first, then the sprinkler system, then sod, rock and plants on top. That way nothing gets torn up later to fix a line.
We do the grading and the landscaping too, so the whole job stays in order with one crew. New home landscaping · Yard renovations

Water-wise rebates
Upgrading? Check the water rebates first
Central Utah Water's Landscape Incentive Program pays part of the cost when you switch spray-watered flower beds to drip. Smart controllers have their own rebate. The full lawn-replacement rebate is on our xeriscaping page.
Residential rates from the Utah Water Savers program pages, October 2026. Rates and rules can change. Artificial turf, concrete and pavers don't qualify. The rebate is paid to the homeowner.

Sprinklers done right
Sergio did a great job explaining what was going on with our system and explaining different options to fix it within our budget! We came up with a plan and he was diligent and honest with his work. Everything looks and works fantastic! A+
Sergio and his crew were awesome! They did great work, communicated well throughout the whole process, were honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future. We hired them to do a whole remodel of our landscaping including installing sprinklers, cement curbing, sod and xeriscaping. It turned out great, we are very pleased with the quality and care that went into their work.
Sergio was awesome! I have had him come out and do several different things for me with my sprinklers and each time he has been timely, does a great job, and does it for a fair price. Will definitely have him be my go to sprinkler guy for anything I need.

Questions
Common questions
How much does a new sprinkler system cost?
It depends on the size of the yard, how many zones it needs, and how much is lawn versus beds on drip. Estimates are free, and you get a clear price before any work starts.
Can you add zones to my existing system?
Yes. We can add zones, extend lines to a new area, or convert spray zones to drip. For problems with a system you already have, see sprinkler repair.
Should sprinklers go in before or after sod?
Before. The grade gets set first, then the sprinkler system, then sod and rock on top.
Do you install drip irrigation?
Yes. Drip for flower beds, shrubs and trees is part of most systems we install.
Will it work with secondary water?
Yes. Most Utah County yards water with secondary water. We add a filter where it's needed so sand doesn't clog nozzles and valves.
Is there a rebate for a smart controller?
Central Utah Water's program pays up to $100 per smart controller. Rules can change, so check Utah Water Savers before you buy.
